- Original of Valid Passport or EU ID and Driving License to be valid until the end of the Agreement – driver should be in Cyprus for less than 3 months.
- Driver Age from 25 years to 75 Years, Drivers younger or older will pay an Extra fee.
- Only registered drivers under our agreement are allowed to drive the car. Other drivers must notify us in advance before driving, and additional fees will apply for extra drivers.
- Current Address in Cyprus and Phone number, which will be working in Cyprus, or WhatsApp.
- Total rental Payment and guarantee Deposit must be paid in Advance before pickup of the car.
- Payment of Rental OR Early Return OR any down payment for booking is TOTALLY NOT Refundable.
- NO RENTAL WITHOUT DEPOSIT, and any reservations without a down payment will not be guaranteed.
- Deposit Guarantee from (300 Euro TO 3000 Euro) according to the Car Type and INSURANCE, and it should be held in Advance from a valid fiscal credit or debit Card in the Driver’s name, and will be VOIDED on the same Card after checking the Car AND within 24 hours from the return of the Car.
- Cars returning at night could be checked the next day.
- Crossing the Borders is NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
- Rental Car Prices is Included (THIRD PARTY LIBILLTY ONLY) which Cover the other Cars Only, and Driver Should Stop the Car and Call us immediately to send the Insurance Company to the place of accident (without insurance check their will not be any cover ) , Insurance only decide the LIABILITY, and DEPOSIT will be held until we get CONFIRMATION from INSURANCE.
- Tires, mirrors, scratches, electric doors, and sunroof are not covered by any insurance; extra fees apply to cover them.
- Pick up the car or Recovery for the car in case of any accident, damage, or flat tires will be paid by the driver + Rental daily price for days of fixing the car.
- Petrol policy is (SAME to SAME) as you received as you return back ( ALL OUR PETROL CARS USE PETROL 98 ).
- Any extra service you would ask the company to provide will have an extra fee.

- DELIVERY OR RETURNING THE CAR TO OUR OFFICE IS FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN WORKING HOURS, ANY SERVICE OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS HAS EXTRA FEES.
- DELIVERY OR RETURNING THE CAR TO AIRPORTS OR OTHER CITIES HAS AN EXTRA FEE, WHICH DEPENDS ON WORKING HOURS.

- WE PROVIDE ALL CARS FOR PERSONAL AND TOURIST PURPOSES ONLY WITH UNLIMITED MILEAGE UP TO 2500 KM ( FOR 30 DAYS ).
- The driver is responsible for making videos or taking photos and checking all the cars around before driving it and keeping it until the end of the rental.
- Max speed inside town is 50 km , and on the highway 100 km ( You will find speed signs all around Cyprus).
The company has the right to charge penalties in the following cases:
- Smoking, eating, drinking, or camping in the car (up to 150 Euro).
- Sitting in the car with wet clothes or sandy shoes (up to 150 Euro).
- Using the car for delivery, loading stuff, or carrying pets ( up to 150 euros ).
- Driving the car on unpaved roads, beach roads, or driving off-road (up to 250 Euro) (ONLY Asphaltic roads are allowed).
- Returning the Petrol less than the same as you received it (20 Euro+ the lower petrol price) (Remember to take a photo of the petrol when you receive your car).
- Delay more than 30 minutes in returning the car at the time of this Agreement (50 Euro + rental daily price).
- The car is not clean or not in the same condition as when you received it ( up to 150 euros ).
- Over speeding with car or aggressive driving ( up to 250 euros ).
- Over speed than 120 km fine will apply (1 euros for each KM).
- Drive more than 2500 km in 30 days ( .10 cents for each extra km ).
- Crossing the border without our approval ( up to 250 euros ).
- Any parking fines, police fines, or camera records or fines.
