- Original of Valid Passport/ID and Valid Driving License till end of the Agreement.
- Driver Age from 25 years till 75 Years, Young or Old Driver pays Extra insurance.
- Current Address in Cyprus and Phone number which will be working in Cyprus.
- Total rental Payment and Deposit should be paid in Advance before pickup of the car.
- Payment of Rental OR Early Return OR any reservation payment is TOTALY NOT Refundable.
- Deposit Guarantee from (300 Euro – 3000 Euro) According to Car Type should be paid in Advance from Valid Credit Card in Driver’s name and will be returned to the same Card after checking the Car within 24 hours from the return of the Car.
- Crossing the Borders is NOT allowed.
- Car Prices are Included (THIRD PARTY LIABILITY ONLY), which covers the other Cars Only, and Driver Should Stop the Car and Call us immediately to send the Insurance Company to the place of the accident (without an insurance check, there will not be any cover ).
- Tires, mirrors, scratches, electric doors, and sunroofs are not covered by THIS insurance.
- Pick up or Recovery for the car in case of any accident or damage or flat tyres will be paid by the driver + Rental daily price for days of fixing the car.
- Petrol policy is (SAME to SAME) as you received as you return back.
- The company has the right to charge penalties in the following cases:
- Smoking, eating, or drinking in the car (100 Euro).
- Sitting in the car with wet clothes or sandy shoes (100 Euro).
- Petrol is less than the same as you receive the Car (10 Euro+ the less petrol price) (Remember to take a photo of the petrol when you receive your car).
- Driving the car on unpaved roads or beach roads (50 Euro) (ONLY Asphaltic roads are allowed).
- Delay of more than 30 minutes in returning the car at the time of this Agreement (50 Euro + rental daily price).
- The car is not in the same condition as you received it or not as clean as you received it.
- The car has any Police record fines within the period of the agreement.
